End the Runaround With HVAC Services in University Place
A veteran-owned, family-run HVAC team that gives you straightforward answers.
Local HVAC Help You Can Count On
Pristine Air Services is a veteran-owned, family-run team that has spent 18+ years helping homes across Pierce County stay comfortable, and University Place is part of that community. From the older homes near Chambers Bay and Day Island to newer builds around Sunset Beach and Grandview Drive, every system calls for a different fix, and every visit starts with a free estimate and straight answers, not upsells.
Hear It Straight From Our Neighbors
We have spent 18+ years building relationships with families across Pierce County, one job at a time, and we would rather let that work speak for itself. Check our reviews on Google, Facebook, and Yelp before deciding who to call.
Cooling Help When It's Needed
An AC that runs nonstop but never quite cools the room usually means a bigger issue is building underneath. Left alone, that small strain tends to turn into a breakdown on the hottest day of the year. Our AC repair, maintenance, and tune up services catch these problems early, before they turn into an unplanned repair bill.
Why University Place Homeowners Call Us
We are veteran-owned and family-operated, not a franchise chasing volume across the region. That means the same straightforward values guide every single job we take on in your University Place neighborhood.

Reliable Heat for Cooler Months
Nothing is worse than a furnace that hesitates to start on a cold morning. That hesitation often points to a part wearing down before it fails completely. We handle furnace repair, maintenance, cleaning, and full installation, so your system keeps producing steady, even heat through the wet Pacific Northwest winter.
Room-by-Room Comfort Control
Some rooms never feel quite right no matter what the thermostat says, and that usually comes down to one central system trying to do too much. A mini split gives you control room by room instead. We install, repair, and maintain mini split units so uneven spots like sunrooms, additions, or garages finally get comfortable.
Also Serving Homes Near University Place
Pristine Air Services extends that same dependable, family-run service to neighboring communities throughout Pierce and South King County, not just University Place. Here are the other areas we proudly serve.
Cleaner Air Inside Your Home
Notice more dust or stuffy air indoors than you’d expect? Ducts collect debris over time and quietly spread it through your whole house. Our duct cleaning and coil cleaning services clear that buildup out, so the air moving through your home feels noticeably fresher.
Year-Round Comfort, One System
Running two separate systems for heat and cooling adds up fast, in both cost and hassle. A heat pump handles both jobs at once, which fits the Pacific Northwest’s mild but shifting seasons. We offer heat pump installation, repair, maintenance, and tune-ups to keep that single system running the way it should.
What Local Homes Run Into Most
University Place homes deal with damp winters, mild but sticky summers, and a housing mix that ranges from decades-old construction to recent builds. Older systems in older homes often work harder than they should, while newer homes can still have gaps in airflow or air quality. Either way, small issues left alone tend to turn into bigger, costlier ones.

Enjoy University Place While We Work
While we take care of your system, University Place has plenty worth stepping out for. Walk the shoreline trails at Chambers Creek Regional Park, or take 27th Street West over to Chambers Bay Golf Course, the nationally known course that once hosted the U.S. Open. Either way, you get a nice stretch of Puget Sound scenery while we finish the job.
Built for Pacific Northwest Weather
University Place sits right on Puget Sound, which means damp winters, mild summers, and moisture that never fully lets up. As a small, family-run crew working across Pierce County, we see firsthand how tough that climate is on older HVAC units, and how it can affect indoor air quality too. Regular service keeps your system working efficiently despite the dampness.
One Team for Every Season
Juggling different companies for heating, cooling, and air quality gets old fast, especially when each one has its own process and pricing. Working with one team that already knows your system saves you the hassle of repeating your history every time something comes up. That is the kind of ongoing relationship Pristine Air Services aims to build with University Place homeowners.
