Service Technician

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver an amazing customer experience
  • Service and maintain existing residential HVAC systems
  • Educate clients on the performance of their HVAC system(s) and communicate findings and recommendations on each call
  • Perform a variety of repairs on residential HVAC equipment to keep them running at peak performance
  • Maintain all necessary licensing and certifications – stay current on all codes and continuing education requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle including equipment and inventory
  • Complete all required documentation needed for each job
  • Communicate with various departments and functions throughout the organization
  • Actively engage in all training and development opportunities 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Clean background check, drug, and tobacco-free
  • Clean and safe driving record with valid driver’s license
  • Journeyman Electrical License – 01, 02, 06A, or 06B required
  • EPA refrigerant handling license required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces for prolonged periods
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for prolonged periods
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver an amazing customer experience

Lead HVAC Installer

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver an amazing customer experience
  • Install HVAC systems and components in homes throughout the Puget Sound region
  • Maintain all necessary licensing and certifications – stay current on all codes and ensure each installation meets or exceeds code compliance
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle including equipment and inventory
  • Be a teacher – pass on your knowledge, skills, and wisdom to apprentices
  • Complete all required documentation needed for each installation
  • Communicate with various departments and functions throughout the organization
  • Actively engage in all training and development opportunities 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
